Usage Policy

1. Purpose

This Usage Policy defines what is and isn't allowed when using TypoWise AI's products and services (the "Service"). It is part of our Terms of Service. These rules exist to keep the Service safe, lawful, and reliable for everyone. If you're unsure whether a use is permitted, ask us at support@typowise.site.

2. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Break the law — including generating content that facilitates illegal activity, fraud, or the exploitation of others.
• Exploit minors — any sexual, abusive, or exploitative content involving minors is strictly prohibited and will be reported to authorities where required.
• Harm people — harassment, threats, defamation, stalking, or incitement of violence or self-harm.
• Violate privacy — collecting, inferring, or disclosing personal data about others without consent; doxxing; or submitting third parties' sensitive data you are not authorized to share.
• Attack systems — generating or distributing malware, phishing, exploits, or credentials; probing or disrupting infrastructure without authorization.
• Deceive at scale — coordinated disinformation, spam, fake engagement, or impersonation without clear disclosure that content is AI-generated where context requires it.
• Infringe rights — violating intellectual property, trade secrets, or contractual obligations; submitting content you have no right to use.
• Abuse the Service — scraping, reselling, or benchmarking the Service without permission; bypassing safety controls, rate limits, or access restrictions; extracting model weights or proprietary internals.
• Develop weapons or surveillance — designing biological, chemical, or other weapons, or building mass-surveillance systems.

3. High-impact uses require human review

Outputs from AI systems can be wrong. You must not use the Service to make or automate decisions with significant impact — including medical, legal, financial, employment, housing, or safety-critical decisions — without meaningful human review by a qualified person. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice and must never be used in emergencies.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, suspend, or terminate access without notice when we believe a violation has occurred or continued access poses risk. Where required, we report prohibited conduct to law enforcement. Repeated or severe violations result in permanent termination. We may also share information about violations with providers we rely on (for example, model providers via OpenRouter) where their own usage policies are implicated.

5. Reporting

To report abuse of the Service or a violation of this Policy, contact support@typowise.site. Include the relevant content, timestamps, and any context that helps us investigate.

6. Changes

We may update this Policy as the Service and applicable law evolve. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version; material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
